About B.J. Ward
For many years B.J. Ward has made a living as a Singer, Actress and Voice Actress. Her successful con- certs have delighted audiences from coast to coast. As an actress and singer, B.J. has worked with such composers as Stephen Sondheim, Maltby & Shire, Barry Manilow, Jerry Herman, Jones & Schmidt and Stephen Schwartz. As a voice actress, B.J. has voiced hundreds of characters including iconic characters such as Velma from “Scooby Doo” and Scarlett from “G.I. Joe”. B.J. spent three years as a member of the Ground- lings troupe with Phil Hartman and Paul Reubens among others. She has guest-starred on television where she has played an assortment of doctors, law- yers, newscasters, moms, neighbors and numerous victims of heinous crimes. B.J.’s past albums include: “Stand-Up Opera,” “Queen of the Night,” “Syrinx: Voice of the Song- bird” and “B.J. Ward Sings Marshall Barer.” Her newest album “Double Feature: Love Songs From The Movies,” recorded with legendary Jazz Pianist Donn Trenner, was released in 2014 and a follow-up release is in the works.
